5. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Tour Services and Delivery

1. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of tour services as described in the itinerary.
2. Tour schedules and itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, vehicles, or activities with alternatives of similar quality if necessary.
4. Passengers are responsible for arriving at designated pick-up points on time. We are not liable for services missed due to late arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer booking tours through Serendiv, you agree to:

• Arrive at designated pick-up points on time
• Follow instructions from tour guides and drivers
• Respect other passengers and maintain appropriate behavior
• Take care of personal belongings throughout the tour
• Ensure you have valid identification and required travel documents
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking
• Comply with local laws and regulations during the tour

Intellectual Property

1. All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Serendiv or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Serendiv is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies or trip interruptions.

Dispute Resolution
